Jealous in the Big Brother House

With the new series of Big Brother appearing on television screens throughout this week following a channel change, new presenters and a general refresh, Jealous sweets is pleased to announce that it is the official sweet supplier for the show. New presenter Brian Dowling, ‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ presenter Emma Willis and infamous voiceover presenter Marcus Bentley have already been busily tucking into the natural fruit and sour gummies since the grand launch on Channel 5 on Thursday 18th August.

In addition to this, the new candy gifts brand will be offering its Facebook and Twitter fans the opportunity to win tickets to eviction nights. Details will be announced soon on www.facebook.com/JealousSweets and twitter.com/thejealouslife.

As Jealous’ gummy sweets are made from natural ingredients, are suitable for vegetarians and are free from artificial colours and flavourings, the glamorous girls on the show such as ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star Amy Childs and movie star Tara Reid can enjoy the sweets and feel guilt-free.

Co-Managing Directors of Jealous, Tahzeen Basunia and Imran Ali Merza were surprised to receive a phone call from the production team, Endemol, behind Celebrity Big Brother. Imran explains: “We are fans of the television show so to be asked to supply our ranges of sweets to the show’s contestants and presenters is an honour. Since launching Jealous less than a month ago, we have been over the moon with the interest we have received.”

Tahzeen added: “We’re also really looking forward to seeing the fans reactions on Facebook and Twitter after we start Jealous’ eviction night ticket competitions. After going to the Elstree studios to hand over some sweet boxes, prior to the launch, we really felt the buzz of excitement and know that this is going to be a competition prize that many people will want. Just search for ‘The Jealous Life’ on Facebook and Twitter to watch out for further details.”
